A nice, easy way to embed audio

One of my old coworkers tracked down this great Flash-based audio player and I’ve been using it ever since. Mindy McAdams has a great post on the set up that’s involved. Don’t let all the technical steps scare you—once you’ve got the initial files installed, you can just paste the HTML/Java any time you need to use it. It comes out looking like this:
